1. Installation Failure Problem

If the following prompt pops up during the installation process, it is because there is a folder permission problem when installing the Microsoft Edge Webview2 component. Simply delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft folder, or change the folder name.

2. Conflict Reminder

WARNING

When using Panda Screen Mirroring, please close other similar screen mirroring software. Using Panda with other screencasting software will cause conflicts such as ports being occupied and programs being locked.

When you use a non-compatible computer system or mobile phone model, some abnormalities may occur. We are planning to add support for other phone models.

4. "Software Is Already Running" Error

When you open the software and it prompts "Panda is already running", there are other programs occupying port 9999. Open Task Manager, find the program process with port 9999 and end it, then reopen the software.

5. "System Has Stopped Running" Error

Usually due to incompatibility of Windows 7 system. It is recommended to use Windows 10 or Windows 11.

6. Software Crashes

When the user's computer was upgraded from Win7 to Win10, wmic had changed the original directory structure, and the environment variables did not follow.

Solution:

1. Press Win+R, run sysdm.cpl
2. Go to Advanced > Environment Variables
3. System Variables > Path > Edit
4. Add C:\Windows\System32\wbem (note the capitalization)
