1. Xiaomi/Redmi Is Out of Control?

Xiaomi/Redmi series phones need to turn on:

2. VIVO Phone Cannot Be Controlled?

VIVO series phones need to turn on:

3. Huawei/Honor Phone Cannot Be Recognized?

Download the corresponding mobile assistant from official websites:

Steps:

  1. Install the mobile assistant on your computer
  2. Use USB cable to connect phone and assistant
  3. The assistant will push the driver to the phone, click to install
  4. After driver installed, turn off the mobile assistant and re-plug USB cable
  5. If still not working, try restarting the phone

4. Computer Problems

Device Connection Limits

Panda itself has no limit on connected devices. The limit is from your hardware.

USB connection mode:

  • Ordinary home computer: max ~40 USB connections (motherboard limitation)
  • Commercial server (X79/X99 architecture): no limit in theory

OTG or WiFi connection mode:

  • Home routers: max ~20 devices stable
  • Enterprise routers: max ~40 devices stable
  • Soft routing: supports hundreds of devices (requires sufficient bandwidth)

Device Cannot Be Detected?

Check if the computer recognizes the device first. If the computer doesn't recognize it, the software can't either.

Common causes:

  1. USB debugging not turned on
  2. Phone driver not installed
  3. ADB conflict (multiple different versions of Adb.exe in the system)

USB Controller Resources Insufficient?

  1. Turn off [XHCI] under [USB] in [BIOS]
  2. Try changing the USB port
  3. Use a specific USB expansion card (one card can carry ~15 devices)

Panda Says "Not Authorized"?

  1. Get the ADB authorization file (adbkey, adbkey.pub) from the merchant
  2. Put files in C:\Users\Administrator\.android folder, overwrite, restart computer

5. Check Device Status

Click the panel "Devices" to view the status of all devices.

6. "Device Disconnected from Server"

Common Reasons

  • Incorrect local computer time or time zone
  • VPN enabled (high connection delay)
  • Proxy server enabled in computer settings
  • Packet capture tool running (Wireshark, Fiddler, etc.)

Solution:

  1. Change computer local time to current time
  2. Exit VPN, IP proxy tool, restart Panda
  3. Exit packet capture tools
  4. Reconnect your computer to the Internet

7. Screen Goes Black with Certain Apps

Problem

The phone screen goes black when paying or entering passwords. This is the phone system's security protection mechanism.

Steps:

  1. Manually turn off input protection: Phone Settings > Input Method > Secure Keyboard
  2. Manually turn off payment protection: Phone Settings > Payment Protection
  3. Unsolvable: Android 11 or Hongmeng 2+ cannot be solved due to security restrictions

8. Delay Between Phone and Computer Screen

  1. Reduce frame rate of the small screen to minimum
  2. Check if [Random Delay] switch is on - turn it off
  3. Check if [Synchronization Delay] switch is on - turn it off
  4. Upgrade computer configuration (more CPU cores = smoother)
  5. Try updating the data cable (transmission rate may be too low)

9. Panda Crashes / Continuous Exit

Fix 1: Delete Update Files

Close Panda. Open C:\Users\(your account) and delete the .updateFiles folder.

Fix 2: Panda Pause Loading

Uninstall Panda. Open C:\Users\(your account)\AppData\Local and delete the xiaowei folder. Reinstall Panda.

WARNING

AppData is a hidden folder. Search Google for how to show hidden folders.

10. Computer Fails to Recognize Phone After Booting

USB Selective Suspension

Open Control Panel > Power Options > Select power plan > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > Expand USB settings > Disable USB selective pause > Save and restart.

USB Sleep Power Supply

Enter BIOS/UEFI settings (Del/F2 during startup) > Find "USB Power Delivery in Sleep Mode" or "ErP Ready" > Enable > Save and exit.
